Stephen R. Barnes, Ph.D., Joins LAI
Stephen Barnes is a labor economist whose research has focused on health care issues, such as the demand for medical care and insurance, the cost of overweight and obesity and inter-area price differentials in the U.S. Dr. Barnes will be located initially in LAI’s Ridgefield office, joining the Dallas office in January 2009.
